Receptionists

Karen

Karen has been with the clinic since the beginning. She started working with Dr. Walsh in 1989 shortly after the clinic opened. She worked full time for many years, but with a couple of additions to her family a part-time position was more suitable. Karen obviously loves her job, and her experience and knowledge is a benefit not only to the clinic and clients, but is invaluable in the training of new staff members.

Karen has a cat named "Tinsel", two kittens named "Burt" and "Binx", "Karlee" the crazy border collie mix, and a guinea pig named "Dash"

Leslie

Leslie brings a lot of "the other side of the counter" experience to her job as receptionist. She has always had pets in her life and, in addition to two daughters, she and her husband have two dogs and 3 cats.

Registered Veterinary Technicians

Jennifer G.

Jen has returned to us after a brief absence, working in cottage country. Recently moving to Guelph to work part-time in the ICU at the Ontario Veterinary College, she was able to come back to work for us. Jen started here as a co-op student and continued to work here as she obtained her Veterinary Technician Diploma. We are glad to have her back! Jen has a Shepherd cross named Kobi.
